(More customer reviews)This is a fine laminate trimmer. My decision to buy this one instead of a Porter/Cable was made with accessories in mind, and they work well. The depth adjustment isn't precise, but then the intent of use as a laminate trimmer renders that inconsequential. The depth can be set where it needs to be with appropriate gauging, and doesn't change during use.
The bases aren't difficult to change. I find the design innovative, with a lot of thought put into what the tool user deems important in ease of use, smooth operation, and great power for it's size. The carry bag it comes with could use some better pocketing for the collet wrench, but the inconvenience is extremely minor.
